Announcement for Satellite U920t

Dear Customers

We have experienced some technical difficulties with a limited number of U920t notebooks.

Specifically the cable connecting the LCD panel to the main unit may function improperly when the model is converted from ‘tablet’ mode to ‘laptop’ mode or vice versa. This may affect display functionality without risk to the user.

The U920t notebook models that may be affected are:

PSUL1A-00C001
PSUL1A-00S001

Serial numbers with the first 2 characters starting with 9C or XC.
