Some people may find that when trying to connect to a VPN over 3G on their Windows® 7 operating system that this doesn’t work or is problematic.
Citrix® have released an update that should help with this problem. Follow the instructions below to apply this update.
1. Uninstall the Cisco® VPN client.
2. Reboot the system.
3. Install the Citrix update from either:
a. ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate.msi for 32bit.
b. ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate64.msi for 64bit.
4. Reboot the system.
5. Reinstall the Cisco VPN client.
