The product code can be found on the envelope that your ArcSoft Video Converter software came in. This is a 24 digit number.


Further Troubleshooting

I’m entering my product number and it’s not being accepted.

This number is case sensitive; you need to ensure that you are typing this in exactly as it appears on the sticker; this includes adding the dashes between the numbers.
