This process is as simple as connecting your photo frame using the USB cable provided to your computer.

Your computer should detect this and install it automatically.

The following message will appear on your frame:

“Connected to PC…

The digital photo frame is disabled when connecting to PC. Please make sure the USB cable is properly connected between the digital photo frame and your PC.”

1. Click on My Computer (Windows XP) or Computer (Windows Vista).

2. Select the drive TOSHIBA.



3. And then just copy and paste your photos into this drive.

4. When you are finished just remove the USB cable.


Further Troubleshooting

I’ve transferred my video files to the photo frame but they’re not playing.

Your photo frame only supports Motion JPEG movie files; if you need to convert your videos you may do so using the instructions here.
